Adoption that lasts
We train teams on the uses that concern them — meetings, co-authoring, external sharing — not on a feature list. The habits formed during the project are the ones that remain afterwards.
Microsoft 365
Buying licences does not transform an organisation. LGC SARL designs your Microsoft 365 tenant end to end: mail and file migration, Teams and SharePoint structure, identity governance with Entra ID, device management with Intune, third-party backup of your data and hands-on user enablement. The goal is not go-live, it is real everyday usage.
We train teams on the uses that concern them — meetings, co-authoring, external sharing — not on a feature list. The habits formed during the project are the ones that remain afterwards.
Entra ID becomes the single control point: who exists, who accesses what, from which device and with which authentication. Joiners and leavers stop being blind spots.
Responsibility for Microsoft 365 content remains with the customer. We put third-party backup and retention policies in place to cover accidental deletion and staff departures.
After go-live, support builds on the configuration we designed with you: current documentation, a record of the decisions made, and a contact who does not rediscover everything with each request.
From an existing mail server, another collaboration suite or an inherited tenant, the migration is prepared, tested on a pilot group, then rolled out in waves to limit disruption.
Email remains the most critical service. We configure Exchange Online with the sender authentication protections and mail flow rules that match your organisation.
Without structure, Teams quickly becomes a pile of orphaned teams. We define a readable hierarchy, creation rules and a sharing model suited to your business lines.
The heart of governance. We structure accounts, groups and access conditions so that permissions reflect the real organisation rather than a history of one-off requests.
Managing devices from the same console as identities makes it possible to condition data access on the compliance state of the device, including mobile handsets.
The part that decides long-term success: protecting data beyond the recycle bin, training users and staying reachable when a question blocks the work.
We inventory mailboxes, file volumes, connected applications and existing habits, then identify the regulatory and business constraints that shape the target design.
Identity structure, collaboration hierarchy, sharing rules, security and compliance policies: the decisions are made with you and written down before any migration starts.
A pilot group validates the configuration in real conditions. Later waves are planned department by department, with a rollback plan and on-hand assistance on cutover day.
Training for users and internal champions, documentation handover, then regular follow-up: policy changes, access reviews and everyday support.
The aim of a well-prepared migration is to make the cutover nearly transparent for users. We use a coexistence phase in which the old and new environments run in parallel, then switch mail flow in waves. Sensitive windows are planned with you, usually outside peak activity hours.
A migration to prepare, an existing tenant to clean up or adoption to restart: tell us about your situation. We begin with an audit to frame the scope before any proposal.
