We align your technology priorities with your business objectives, from auditing the existing estate to defining a transformation roadmap.
Design, migration and operation of cloud, hybrid or sovereign infrastructures, built for availability and cost control.
Defence in depth: audits, hardening, identity management, encrypted backups and continuous monitoring of your environments.
Business applications, portals and integrations built around your real processes, with documented and maintainable code.
Incidents logged, prioritised and handled under service commitments defined with you and set out in your contract.
Teams and partners who travel to your premises in Congo-Brazzaville, Switzerland and France for installations, maintenance and urgent situations.
Modular architectures that absorb your growth without locking you into a single technology or vendor.
A single point of contact from scoping to operations, including training for your teams and transfer of skills.
Our areas of expertise
LGC SARL supports public administrations, financial institutions, international organisations and industrial companies across the full lifecycle of their IT: design, deployment, protection and day-to-day operations.
We design, migrate and administer your Microsoft collaboration environment, from messaging through to workplace device management.
Our teams build tailor-made applications aligned with your business processes and integrated into your existing ecosystem.
We structure your defence in depth, from risk assessment through to continuous monitoring and business continuity.
We define and operate your cloud roadmap — public, private or hybrid — with a firm focus on availability and cost control.
We build the technical foundations of your organisation: reliable networks, controlled storage and connected sites.
We take over the day-to-day running of your IT, with formal service commitments and a dedicated point of contact.
From monitoring to security, every layer of your information system brought together in one clear, controlled space.
Your servers and workstations are continuously monitored. Every incident is logged, prioritised and resolved within the commitments agreed with you.
Protect your data with defence in depth: audits, encrypted backups and continuous monitoring, aligned with industry standards.
Hosting and infrastructure that grow with you. High availability, controlled scaling and optimised costs.
Industries
Our teams work with public and private organisations whose information systems face strict continuity, security and compliance requirements.
Digitalised procedures and sovereignty over administrative data.
Availability of clinical applications and protection of patient data.
Teaching infrastructure, identity management and access to digital resources.
Dependable collaboration tools for teams spread across multiple field locations.
Convergence of industrial and office networks under unified monitoring.
Service continuity and hardening of critical infrastructure.
Traceability of operations and the regulatory demands of financial services.
Paperless case handling and secure exchanges with policyholders.
Network monitoring and industrialised day-to-day operations.
Traceability of flows and system interconnection across sites and partners.
A well-run information system without building an in-house IT department.
Store continuity and unification of physical and online channels.
Every industry has its own rules: we adapt our methods to your regulatory and operational constraints.
Our methodology
Every project follows a proven sequence, with clear milestones and written deliverables. You always know where your information system stands, who is involved and what comes next.
We frame the need with your business and IT teams: objectives, scope, regulatory constraints and success criteria.
We review the existing landscape — infrastructure, applications, data and security — to identify dependencies, risks and points of attention.
We design the target architecture, technology choices and migration path, documented and then approved with your stakeholders.
Our teams build the solution in short iterations, with code reviews, continuous integration and regular progress checkpoints.
We validate the solution through functional, load and security testing, then run acceptance with your key users.
We orchestrate the go-live with a cutover and rollback plan, keeping service interruption to a minimum.
We train end users and technical teams, and hand over the operating documentation your organisation needs to be autonomous.
We keep the system in operational condition: monitoring, fixes, enhancements and periodic review meetings.
Each stage produces a written deliverable and a formal sign-off before the next one begins.

Frequently asked questions
Technical questions get factual answers here. On contractual matters — costs, timelines, support coverage — we explain the factors involved rather than quoting figures that would not match your situation.

LGC SARL is an IT services company working across six areas: Microsoft 365, web and mobile development, cybersecurity, cloud, networks and managed services. We cover the full cycle: audit of the existing environment, design, deployment, security hardening, then day-to-day operations.
Our offering is aimed in particular at public administrations, financial institutions, international organisations and industrial companies. Requirements specific to the public sector — tender responses, administrative documents, confidentiality and reversibility clauses — are examined case by case with your legal and procurement teams.
Microsoft 365 brings together in a single subscription business email (Exchange Online), communication and video meetings (Teams), document storage and sharing (SharePoint, OneDrive), the Office applications, identity management (Entra ID) and device management (Intune). The main benefit is centralised administration: one directory, one security console, one policy applied across all users and devices.
A perpetual Office licence gives you software installed on a device, in a fixed version, with no associated online services. Microsoft 365 is a subscription: it includes the applications, but also hosted email, cloud storage, video meetings, security and administration features, and continuous updates. The right choice depends on your collaboration and mobility needs, not only on the headline price.
MFA (multi-factor authentication) requires a second proof in addition to the password: approval in a mobile app, a one-time code or a physical key. The benefit is direct: a password stolen through phishing, guessed or recovered from a data leak is no longer enough to open a session. It is one of the measures with the best ratio of effectiveness to cost, provided it applies to every account, starting with administrator accounts.
A traditional antivirus compares files against signatures of already-known threats: it cannot see what has not yet been catalogued. An EDR monitors behaviour on the endpoint (processes, scripts, connections), records that activity, raises alerts on abnormal sequences, and allows the machine to be isolated from the network and the attack to be reconstructed. An XDR extends that correlation beyond the endpoint: email, identities, network and cloud services analysed together.
Public cloud runs on shared resources at a provider, billed by usage, with immediate elasticity. Private cloud means infrastructure dedicated to a single organisation, hosted on its premises or by a third party, chosen for isolation, configuration control or regulatory constraints. Hybrid cloud combines the two: sensitive data or latency-sensitive applications stay local, while the rest benefits from public elasticity.
A business continuity plan aims to keep operations running during an incident; a disaster recovery plan organises the return to service after a major failure. Two values size them: RTO, the acceptable duration of interruption, and RPO, the amount of data you accept to lose, expressed in time. Those two figures, decided by the business, determine the architecture and its cost. A plan that has never been tested cannot be considered a plan.
We do not publish a standard coverage, because it would suit nobody. Service hours, channels (phone, email, portal), whether an on-call rota exists outside business hours, and response times are sized with you according to how critical your information system is, then written into the contract. Let us discuss it: it is a trade-off between the service level expected and its cost.
An SLA (Service Level Agreement) is the service commitment formalised in the contract. It sets out the covered scope, service hours, incident priority levels, the guaranteed response time, sometimes the guaranteed resolution time, how those indicators are measured and reported, and the consequences of failing to meet them. An SLA is only meaningful if the measurement is shared. Our commitment levels are defined contract by contract, not announced in advance.
Describe your context: number of users, sites involved, current technical setup and objective. We will give you a precise answer rather than a brochure.
